[Softball] Pitching sparks Jaguars to sweep over Trinity

Four University of Houston-Victoria pitchers combined to allow Trinity University seven hits on Tuesday en route to a doubleheader sweep over the Tigers at the Victoria Youth Sports complex.

Torey Dumont (JR/Pleasanton, TX) and Peyton Branham (JR/Houston, TX) spread out six hits over seven innings as the Jaguars opened with a 6-1 victory. Kelsey Tidrick (SO/Port Lavaca, TX) and Cheyenne Galindo (FR/Ganado, TX) combined for a one-hit shutout in a 9-0 win that was called in the sixth due to the 10-run mercy rule.
