[Softball] AQ Uses Perfect Game, Wild 18-17 Win in 3-0 Day

The Aquinas softball team extended its winning streak to eight games in a row with a couple of unique victories on Friday (Mar. 9) at the Tucson Invitational Games in Arizona. AQ topped Dakota State by a 5-3 score in the opener before blanking Fisher 17-0 with a perfect game from Kayli Bowen (JR/Paw Paw, Michigan). The Saints led the nightcap 10-0 over Grace, but that was just the start of a crazy 18-17 final score in a game that lasted nine innings.
