[Softball] Scots Split Doubleheader Against MBU

BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College softball team split a doubleheader with Missouri Baptist Saturday afternoon, winning 3-1 and falling 6-1 in the AMC Games of the Week at House Field. The Scots were able to pull out a two run win in the first game, behind a strong pitching performance from Nicole Sanders. The Spartans then avenged the loss by scoring six unanswered runs in the second contest.

Lyon is now 18-4 overall and 3-1 in the AMC, while Missouri Baptist is 4-5 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
