A YACHT-BUILDING company has reached a new front in the superyacht wars – building a “back-up ship” for insane toys and gadgets.
The extraordinarily posh 66 metre-long (216ft) catamaran will accommodate jet skis, quad bikes, a submarine garage, diving equipment, and even a 20-strong crew.

It even boasts an on-board hospital and its own helipad for passengers to land on before taking a tender to the mothership.
The secondary vessel, dubbed a “shadow” catamaran, will only appeal to those so rich they cannot fit all the trappings of wealth on their main yacht and need a storage ship.
Designed by Australian-based company Incat Crowther, the “Hodor” is described as the first in its Shadow Cat range and will cost millions of pounds.
Providing practical support for its mothership, the on-board hospital will care for passengers who become sick at sea and comes complete with its own decompression chamber.
It also has an engineer’s workshop and storage for 7,600 litres of petrol plus specialist spaces for fresh and frozen food storage.
Even though it’s primarily used as a storage facility, the fully furnished vessel, which has a top speed of over 25mph, maintains the luxury its passengers would be used to.
The crew’s bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, while guests can treat themselves to a fully stocked bar and living area.
Incat Crowther says each vessel’s final design is customisable to the needs of any owner, and a helicopter hangar is also available.
