Abramenko Wins Olympic Ski Silver For Ukraine On Day of Unity

Oleksandr Abramenko has won the silver medal in the men’s ski aerials at the Beijing Olympics. This is Ukraine’s first medal at the Beijing Olympics and comes on the Day of Unity, which is being celebrated for the first time today.
In today’s final he lost only to the Chinese athlete Guangpu Qi, with bronze going to the Russian Ilya Burov.
Abramenko won gold at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics.
The Olympics run till Feb. 20.
