Kingston man arrested after shooting investigation
KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Kingston Police reported an arrest was made after a shooting on Tuesday morning. Juress Brodhead, 41, was charged with first-degree assault.
On March 25 around 1:15 a.m., police responded to the Wiltwyck Gardens Apartments following reports of a shooting. Emergency medical personnel brought one victim to an area hospital to be treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound before being released.
Brodhead was taken into custody on Tuesday after being identified as a suspect during the ensuing investigation. He was held at the Ulster County Jail without bail following his arraignment at Kingston City Court.
