Patience is a virtue...Stand PAT or sell expiring deals

The young baby Lakers are showing lots of promise winning 8/10 for first time in 5 years, and this coming after a disaster filled 0-9 streak that ended in an air out team meeting. The thing is the kids are finding ways to win and play good basketball even with atrocious FT and 3ot shooting. It's the defensive tenacity and hustle and team sharing the ball... fundamental basketball got us that 8-2 record. Which means the talent is there it just needs to continue to develope. For 1 Randle misses his rookie year and is now in shape and learning to adjust to his new round play style. He can guard 1-5 and chip in 16-9 while shooting over 55% I want him on my team. Ingram statistically has improved much like Kobe's jump from year 1-2(though he ain't no Mamba) Nance and Clarkson are solid rotational pieces on any team high quality even as Clarkson has reached a level nearly on tier with top 6men and all champ teams need a solid 6th man. The rookies are learning to play together, we just need to hope Lakers brass doest do anything brash. It would be nice to see Thomas abeyant play since he was part of Lou Williams trade (well, one of the picks) and he was only 7$ and now we trying to dump Clarkson whom makes nearly double. We will have enough cap space to pay LeBron or PG or if they Don't come, enough to sign some 3 pt shooters and allow the kids to become stars. With Kuzma and Hart being first round picks and playing as well as they already have they are cheap contracts for 4 years, so need to let them get as much play as possible to get most out of them. I think if Lakers stand Pat and keep the 7 baby Lakers (@worsr trade JC after season)they become a perenial top 4 seed after next season.the warriors only one 26,36,23 in Curry's first 3 years 23 with Thompson as rookie and then 47 when green and Barnes came aboard. Are Lakers have been compared to them on many occasions, but one thing is that all of them had 2-3 years in one case 4yrs of college bball compared to our lottery core of 1&doners one of which got traded and replaced with a 3yr college player in Kuzma who has stepped in and played like Klay Thompson did his 2nd season, Randle as of late is playing like Green did his 2nd season. Ingram level of play has greatness like H.barnes did from year 1-2. We Laker fans just need to continue to wait rather than trade away all of our talent. Forget wins and losses I wanna see growth and there has been that. We are in many more games late n forth than last year and letting guys like Kuzma find out they can scorch a great def team for 17 in fourth is critical to his development. Honestly I think you let Zubac and Bryant play to see if u have your center of future and then go out and sign some elite 3pt shooters. Take this team minus Lopez, pope add growth of current players and adding Wayne Ellington Avery Bradley and nerlleons Noel could make us super dangerous, and save the cap for 19 when Thompson is free agent as he would be perfect fit...Ball, Thompson, Ingram,kuzma, Randle in small ball lineups could be elite. Lastly, yes I know 19-30 is not what we wanted, but the level of intensity this team is capable of is crazy high...they nearly beat the warriors 2x and rockets in 2weeks sure they had few blow outs to thunder and rockets, but the ceiling is high.
