Three men arrested in shooting of off-duty police officer in Northern Ireland
Detectives in Northern Ireland issued an urgent appeal Thursday for witnesses to a suspected terror attack at a crowded sports complex in the town of Omagh that seriously wounded a senior off-duty police officer.
