Inspired by a thread where I learnt that Bielsa doesn't do shooting in training which I found quite bizzare I start this thread what bizzare training methods have you heard of in any sport I read about how Bielsa does a thing called murderball and it's supposed to be mad and I also learnt that legendary NFL wide receiver Jerry Rice used to catch bricks bricks I tell ya!
