Navigare Yachting Expands Caribbean Fleet with New Catamarans and Charter Yachts
A new wave of yachts has joined Navigare Yachting’s Caribbean and Bahamas fleets, reinforcing the company’s commitment to modern, high-performance charter experiences.
The global charter operator, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, has added multiple new catamarans across key cruising destinations, including the Bahamas, St. Martin, and the British Virgin Islands.
New Additions in the Bahamas and St. Martin
In the Bahamas, Navigare has introduced the Bali Catspace Hey Y’all to its Abacos base in Marsh Harbour.
Meanwhile, in St. Martin, a new Bali Catsmart Peregrine is now available at Fort Louis Marina, offering a compact and versatile option for charter guests exploring the northeastern Caribbean.
Major Fleet Expansion in the British Virgin Islands
The largest group of new additions is based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, one of the world’s premier charter destinations.
New yachts include:
Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 – Libertas
Bali 4.2 – Bella Luna
Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 – Beachcomber
Bali 5.4 – Maravela
Lagoon 51 – Escapade

Why Fleet Renewal Matters in Charter Yachting
According to Felix Widman, Navigare Yachting’s Head of Fleet Strategy, continuous fleet renewal is essential in today’s charter market.
“Modern yachts offer improved fuel efficiency, smarter layouts, and advanced technologies that enhance safety and the overall onboard experience,” says Widman.
Fleet selection is also tailored to each destination:
Shallow-draft catamarans are prioritized in areas like the Bahamas
Watermakers are essential in remote Caribbean cruising grounds
Larger cabin configurations accommodate the growing number of guests opting for skippered charters
Sustainability Driving New Yacht Choices
Sustainability is also playing a growing role in Navigare’s fleet strategy.
“By rotating out older, less efficient vessels and introducing yachts with greener technologies like solar panels and electric motors, we reduce environmental impact while appealing to eco-conscious travelers,” Widman adds.
Global Fleet Growth Continues
Beyond the Caribbean, Navigare has also expanded its fleet in:
Palma, Spain
Glyfada, Greece
Seget and Dubrovnik, Croatia
Mahé, Seychelles
