Supper with Kenny Rumball
On the 8th of February we will be holding a dinner with Kenny Rumball as our guest speaker. All members are welcome to attend what will be an interesting and informative evening. Kenny is a very experiences sailor, some of his achievements and adventures include,
- Professional skipper and helmsman.
- Multi awarded dingy champion.
- Participated in the Round Ireland and French Figaro 3 international offshore events.
- Winner of the “Royal Ocean Racing Clubs seaman’s trophy” for the successful recovery of a crew member overboard during the Round Ireland yacht race.
- Main provider of marine support to the film industry in Ireland. He supported the set of “Banshees of Inisherin” and “Vikings”
Kenny will have many tails to tell, so why not come along and enjoy good food, good company and an interesting talk.
