Irish Sailing Coaching Course at the RSGYC

We will be hosting an Irish Sailing Coaching qualification course from the 22nd to 24th Nov 2024.

The Irish Sailing Club Coach qualification is the entry point coaching qualification for those who wish to deliver competition coaching across a range of classes in Irish Sailing clubs. A Club Coach supports sailors in refining techniques, strategies and focus for competitive performance through personalised skills progression and high-level goal setting. Club Coaches often have Class specialities, and all will have significant racing and development experience.
