Prizegiving for the Keelboat August/September league!
Last weekend we held the prizegiving for the August/September Thursday and Friday night league, the final league of our summer series. Congratulations to the winners and to all competitors.
On Thursdays, Spinnaker IRC and ECHO was won by Ria Lyden on “Ellida”, White sail IRC was won by Ian Hickey and his crew on “Cavatina” and Paul O’Shea took home 1st place in White Sail ECHO on his Jeanneau 36, “Elegance”.
On Fridays, in a closely fought league, Paul O’Shea was back on the podium for taking 3rd place, in 2nd was Ronan Twomey on “Rosmarina”, however the Foster family took home the silver by winning the league aboard “Clodagh”.
