29er pre-summer coaching 2024 – series 1
“Boat handling & completing race size courses”
Following demand and to launch the summer racing season, the first coaching series is proposed. Coaches will focus on boat handling skills to decrease handling errors leading to capsizes and improve fluidity in delivering all key manoeuvres. At the completion of the programme, coaches will produce a progress report to all sailors.
Sessions will start rigged and ready for briefing at 13.00 and is expected to be finished by 17.00.
Dates: 21-04, 12-05, 18-05 (Saturday), 26-05
Cost of the programme: €120/sailor
The club 29er is available for this programme and must be requested to the head coach prior to booking.
IMPORTANT: we remind you that the platform is in the process of being rearranged for summer parking and NO BOATS are to be returned to the club until SATURDAY MORNING (April 20th) at the earliest to facilitate the work of the boat house staff.
The 29er class has appointed NYC coach Nicola Ferguson to deliver support to all sailors on their first event competing at the East Coast Championship on 27th and 28th of April at the NYC.
