Webinar With World Renowned Coaches This Sunday

Gonzalo Pollitzer(Bocha) and Fernando Gwozdz are two of the most renowned coaches in the sailing world today. Join us for a free Tactics and Strategy webinar with Bocha and Fernado on Sunday 17th May from 19:00 – 20:00.

Hailing from Argentina, Bocha and Fernando have an impressive haul of World and National championships to their names, from optimists to J24s. Many will remember Fernando as resident coach here in the Royal Cork for 5 years in the late 2000’s, coaching the likes of Richie Harrington and Séafra Guilfoyle to successes in the optimist, 420 and laser classes.

All going well, Bocha and Fernando have agreed to come on board to develop youth sailing in the Royal Cork, their mantra is refreshing and their aim is develop skills for life while sailing for gold.

This first session is open to all club members, coaches and instructors. We stress that it’s open to anyone, non sailor or sailor, young or old. Pending the success of the session, we have a tailored webinar series by class in the pipeline which will supplement our return to sailing nicely.
