The High Court in London has awarded almost £1.5m in costs and damages to a man who sued Discovery Yacht Sales and Discovery Yachts Group after purchasing a yacht in 2017. The court heard complaints set out by Noel Casey, the barrister acting for the yacht Elusive’s purchaser Andrew Fletcher.
