RFYC Future Strategy

As you may remember the Commodore, Michael Barron, indicated at the Special General Meeting held last summer that there is no quick or easy solution to how we develop a feasible strategy for the club that provides members, young and older with a club that is fit for purpose for the future.

This spring Michael will reconvene the future strategy group. The remit of the group is to generate ideas for the future of the building and/or club, based on what we now know and work up options with more detail. The council would like the next report to be ready for discussion at the 2018 AGM.

Michael would like to hear from any member who has expressed an interest to help on this group and who would still like to help (we do have a list of names so we will ask you anyway!) or any other member who would now like to help. Please email info@rfyc.co.uk
