Please find below the Agenda for the forthcoming AGM for RFYC.Flag officer reports, draft accounts, last years minutes and next year's dinghy park fees can be found in the Members section of the website Members-AGMs-2017 Please click the link where you will be asked for a username and password as previously circulated. There will be a hard copy in the clubhouse.

The Commodore and some members of the council will be in the bar area of the club from 16.30 should you wish to ask any questions or discuss any matters within the reports. Please note that, regarding the acceptance of Proposals put forward at the AGM, the Constitution calls for a vote by a “show of hands”; consequently, postal or proxy vote options are not available.
