Windlass Electrical Installation is complete

I stopped working on the Windlass installation in June, when it became too hot for all but absolutely necessary repairs. Finally this week I finished running the power cables from the cockpit locker to the chain locker. The windlass is now operational. I still need to modify the hatch on the anchor locker to clear the windlass, and a lot of clean up tasks.
