Restoring a gifted Sunfish

Greetings all. I was given a Sunfish late last summer that had been sitting under a tree for years. Pressure washing it blew the ID tag off, so I have no idea of the year of the boat. Some previous owner had painted the boat with what appears to be house paint, done with a brush. The photos show the before and after taking it to a car wash. The bow handle and cleat were both pulled out of the wood blocks - I repaired those by filling the holes with white marine epoxy and moving the hardware...
