What is the age of my Sunfish?

I recently purchased a Sunfish from my neighbor who had it since before high school. That would be early to mid seventies. The label with the serial number delaminated and the serial number is no longer visible. I’ll upload a couple of photos showing the cargo area and rudder. Please let me know if there’s something else I can do to determine the date.
