Where to put another Inspection Port

OK, so I have 2 inspection ports, one as you see at the front. I store a sponge and my golf cart keys there. In the "old days", I used to sponge out a lot of water from the front (but since a bit of fiberglass and gel coat it never leaks). And then there's one at the back, pretty much covered by the tiller and the tiller tamer. I keep a tow rope in the back one (never needed it, but better safe than sorry). OK, so the 2 I currently have are useful, but almost impossible to use when afloat.
