Time to jump in

I've been sailing Sunfish since 1969 when my mom got her first one. Now the time has come to get my own to sail in the numerous lakes in central Illinois. It will spend most of it's summers at the yacht club at Lake Decatur and stored off season in my garage. I also want to take it to the larger lakes around here, such as Clinton & Shelbyville, 30-50 miles away.

I'm aware of lots of condition items to look for thanks to this group. I'll be looking for hull damage, waterlogging, bent...
