Getting the laser up a steep ramp by myself

I have a question about how to get my boat up a heinous ramp. Here's the scenario: Our sailing club has a very steep and slippery ramp on brackish water. We have laser dollies, which I can use to successfully launch a boat. However, the ramp is so steep that I cannot pull the boat out alone. I am female, about 120 lbs. and I'm strong. However, even with my very fit husband helping, it takes all we have to get the boat out on that slippery incline.
