Lifting the mast (full rig)

I am a 140 lb weakling, but I like to use the full rig in lighter conditions. No problem stepping the mast in 0-5 mph wind, but above that I am having trouble. I don't have the hull on a dolly. Instead it's on a trailer; hence I have to lift the mast quite a bit higher to drop it in the mast hole.
