lower mast swap

I'd like to trade an ILCA 7 lower mast section for a 6. I live in Williamsburg, Va., but could make the trade in Annapolis June 14-15 or Baltimore (Bowley's Marina) June 21-22.
My ILCA 7 mast section comes with the upgraded vang.
