What’s the oldest Laser anyone has out there?

I thought an old 4 digit serial number boat I had years ago was an early one but I just bought another boat here in Seattle - red hull, sitting in a back yard- and when I got home, I couldn’t find the HIN on the transom. Underneath the sticks, leaves and grime and missing bow fitting was “967”. So I guess a 1971 boat out of Canada. First year of production- cool!
And came with the mahogany rudder in amazing condition. The spars and even Elvstrom sail looks original. Kinda a museum piece. I...
