Cost of ownership (Chicago)

I'm thinking about purchasing a used j24 but wanted some insight into cost of annual ownership. For reference I am in Chicago, IL. If anyone has information on current fleets (especially if they need crew).

I'd love to have it at Belmont Harbor on the northside.
