Mod 1 Capri 14.2 Halyard lengths???

So, I see various answers on what acceptable halyard lengths should be. Seeing my boat has the Catalina rig Non-furling jib setup, mine was supposed to include a 2/1 purchase Jib. The rigging guide says 14’ with a pendant at 12’, so 26’ total I would deduce. I got a separate 15’ line spliced with a block and beckett for the 2/1 purchase not quite sure if I want to run a single halyard and 2-piece with pirchase.
