International Sailing Academy Vang Setup

I've seen conflicting directions from the International Sailing Academy when it comes to vang setup and the space between the B2B, D1, D2, D3 marks. It some places, the spacing is referenced as the width of two fingers, and in other places it is referenced as the width of electrical tape. I'm curious what most people are using.
