WANTED Outboard Bracket for older Avon Redcrest inflatable tender - by: Julian & Margarette Parlett

I am looking for a replacement tender and have the chance to buy an older Avon Redcrest inflatable dinghy.  Unfortunately it does not come with an outboard bracket.  

Does anyone have available, or know of, a suitable bracket?  Not the current or latest GRP version which have completely different fittings.
