Trying to find removable transom wheels for Laser

Hello everyone and thank you for your help. I recently saw the attached photo online. It appears to show a Laser with transom launching wheels attached. I ask if anyone has seen wheels like this for the laser which are easily removable. My online searches have yielded nothing and a set of transom wheels would be very useful to me.
