$1500 a good deal for this 91 Laser? Details within

1991 Laser. Radial and Standard rig. 4 (2 radial, 2 standard) sails (a little dirty but good shape). Comes with dolly. Rudder and daggerboard look a little worn but not bad. Wooden tiller extension. Autobailer assembly is hanging down a bit so I would definitely replace that. Small crack in the back(in pics). Dry in the inspection port. Mast hole holds water. No water came out of the drain. She is a bit dirty but that can be cleaned up.

$1500 a decent deal?
