Wing Dinghy Repair Recommendations

I recently acquired used Wing Dinghy that has de-lamination where the stern end of the hull meets the stern’s surface of the cockpit. I know that sounds hard to picture but have a look at a couple of pictures below and you’ll get it.

The opening runs clean through to the inside of the boat… as water poured out through this gap as the previous owner and I moved the boat on the trailer to the street with me holding the stern down.
