Is this a Vanguard 470?

This old Vanguard sailboat popped up on FB marketplace. I'm trying to determine if there's any price that would make sense for this boat. Basically, it's a hull (dinged up but sound as best I could tell), centerboard and mast. Anyone have a ballpark estimate to reasonably (efficient, complete basic) rig from stem to stern. Plus tiller and rudder? The label is too faded to read except the hull #205. Type is obscure but might start with O I ?

Any suggestions, additional info or insights?
