Alu traveler bar fasteners

Replacing disintegrated teak traveler bar with aluminum bar on project boat.
Need to fasten the traveler track on it, and drill the holes
Other than the big bolts at the center and the ends, I need to figure out the small machine screws replacing the wood screws used to fix it to the wooden bar.
Can anybody have details (washer+nut or nylon locking nut, or thread the hole in the alu bar), screw size, length?
Current club has no other J24s I could spy on.
