Question about trailer roller

I'm looking for advice. I have a Capri Omega 14 and there is a roller on the trailer supporting the hull, towards the bow, that is making an indentation on the hull. Does anyone know if this roller is correct? Or should I have something else there supporting the weight? I'm wondering if there is an alternative that wouldn't cause indentation.
