Ronstan Battlestick tiller extension installation

Does anyone have an explanation or pictures of installing a Ronstan Battlestick universal tiller extension to a Sunfish tiller using the saddle from Ronstan? Are you reusing the hole that is already in the tiller for the original wood extension for one of the mounting bolts or are you drilling two new holes and using wood screws or something else?
