Trailer vs Dolly for Boat Ramp Launch

I'm currently shopping for a Sunfish and am a first-time sailor. Some boats I've seen for sale come with a boat trailer and others do not. Would it be easier for me (125 lb 5'2" lady) to launch a Sunfish down a concrete boat ramp by myself using a dolly like the Dynamic Sunfish Dolly which I would transport with the Sunfish on it in my 6'x10' utility trailer? Or would it be easier to launch it using a boat trailer like the Trailex SUT-220? I don't currently own a dolly or a trailer so...
