Dear Members, pleased to advise you for your advanced information that the Sailing Committee has considered the race start time for December 10th 2023 and given the anticipated and fading light on this date, has unanimously agreed to bring forward the current advertised and programmed start time by thirty minutes from 1530 to 1500 .
