Sailor Belcher to carry Australian flag at Tokyo Olympic closing ceremony
CANBERRA, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Sailing gold medalist Mathew Belcher has been chosen as Australia's flag bearer for the closing ceremony at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) announced on Saturday that Belcher, 38, will lead Australian athletes into the Olympic Stadium on Sunday night.
Belcher on Wednesday won gold in the men's 470 sailing class with Will Ryan, adding to the silv
