Using vacuum to dry out a sunfish hull??

Ok, likely not something that can be done.

Has anyone considered connecting a vacuum pump up to a hull and pull a vacuum to dry it out?

I doubt is it possible as I believe the vacuum you have to pull would crush the hull. I was just trying to think of ways to pull the moisture out of a hull without putting in holes.
