[Dinghy Sailing] Keelhaulers again finish in top 5, this time in own backyard

Two Cal Maritime teams competed in the Stony Burke regatta hosted by Cal Berkeley at Treasure Island, and finished 5th and 12th overall among the 25-boat field.
