Homestay hosts needed for visiting team from Buenos Aires

The School are on a two week Cultural trip to the UK visiting historic cities and playing some hockey. They are accompanied by a group of boys who will be playing Rugby and hosted by Wilmslow High School parents. They will be visiting a few local tourist attractions when not playing and will have the use of a coach to transport them on excursions. The girls will play hockey matches on the Saturday morning against Wilmslow High School . We play 2 matches against them on the Sunday afternoon and will put on a BBQ at the club after the Sunday games We know its a big commitment, the idea is to have the girls stay at members houses , preferably in pairs and with families for 3 nights. We need to transport them to matches and back to the Club to fit in with their itinerary. Please can your family help us? Here's the outline of their time with us:-  The Dates :- Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th September. Age Group:- There are 36 girls in the group from Newlands College, Buenos Aires aged 16 and 17. Arrival :- Friday 23rd Sept, 6:30 pm at AECC Saturday : Drop children off for hockey match v Wilmslow High School 9:00 am at The Edge Hockey Centre, Ryleys Playing field. Girls taken on excursion by coach ,hosts to pick up girls 6:30pm at AECC Sunday: Bring girls to The Edge Hockey Centre for matches at 1pm.
