Hull FC • Smith - should he stay or should he go?
The foundation of any sporting team, is ambition, motivation and desire. The whole organisation is lacking in all of these 3 key areas. This stems from the club's hierarchy, we have a group of individuals, who are not professionally physically & mentally prepared to play in SL at an acceptable level. This is due to the owner, appointing inexperienced backroom staff, and not replacing personnel who leave.The Team Manager, who I believe is no longer coaching the team, his assistant's are unable to improve the team's weaknesses... Until the owner changes his policy or departs. Nothing will improve... Regardless of a change in Coach or player recruitment..
