We were still riding a crest up until the 6-40 drubbing by Hull FC in the playoffs. Even though as disappointing as it was i quite enjoyed the 2005 season. We finished 4th and beat some good teams.
2006 not quite as good but we still made the playoffs where we beat Leeds in the elimination. I think everybody was still reasonably happy with Cullen at that point to where we were 4 years before.
i wasn't, the play off win masked a lot of problems that season, proper covered over teh cracks
although, fantastic away shirt that year, good quality replicas as well
