Driffield to host semi-final of Papa John’s Regional 1 Championship : Saturday, 22 April 2023

With the last few games in other Regional 1 pools to be played, and Driffield confirmed as winner of Pool 2, the semi-final draw has been confirmed as follows :
- Pool 2 winner v. Pool 3 winner
- Pool 4 winner v. Pool 1 winner
So, Driffield will face one of the following on Saturday, 22 April at Kelleythorpe :
- Bridgnorth
- Wimbledon
- Syston
Any of these teams could win Pool 3, although Syston look more likely.
On the same day, the 2nd XV will play against Billingham at Kelleythorpe in their play-off game.
The match is likely to attract a lot of spectators and members’ help is requested to help with car parking.
The Final is on Sunday 30 April at Twickenham Stadium at 5pm.
