For me, one is a win at Huddersfield, probably in the noughties, a night match that had a massive Wire following sat in a stand on the side of the pitch for some reason. We won, which helps. There was a flukey try with a rebound off Gary Hulse I think.
There was a lot of fun, baiting a butch steward trying to get people to sit down. We had a laugh with Neil Kelly tripping on his way to the gantry above, he had been sacked by Widnes a few days earlier.

Was that the 2003 game, start of March? When we played in a silver away kit? I was watching on TV while ironing my shirt to go out. Then I switched to Abu Dhabi TV and watched the start of the war in Iraq. I think it was literally that same time as the game when the ‘Shock and Awe’ campaign suddenly burst into life (or death) and all the TV stations were there to cover it. The poor ADTV reported nearly got hit on the balcony where he was filming.
