Leigh Centurions • Chris Chester.
After saying I was having a break from the Forum , the news that Chris Chester has been appointed as Director of Rugby with effect from tomorrow has really got my interest , Chris is a very knowledgable bloke who knows the game inside out and his appointment shows Derek has not been sat on his Derrière as a couple of posters have suggested and he still has a sharpe appetite to take the Centurions forward.
It will probably be the same with the Coacing appointment and the recruitment of players in the future , after reading both Derek and Chris Chesters statements it seems both are ready to move now and within the next few weeks start announcing new signings .
I think this will prove a couple of doubters wrong and hopefully we can get behind Derek , Chris Chester and the new Coach and show our support for the Centurions .Welcome to Leigh , Chris .
