First paragraph OK it was legit I was implying if it was bought with dodgy cash!
Second Paragraph the deal for the land was legit? OK so MH subject to a wealth order bought the ground with unexplained means, sounds like a profit was made on the sale by him so that would be part of the UWO. He has had the order against him but where did that money originate? That will still be getting looked thats all I am saying.

If the club paid a fair price that's fair enough (paying twice is value sounds like a deal!) and that would not be investigated however the loan supplied by the council is allegedly taxpayers money the legality of which to approve it is an issue raised this where the police became involved no one is suggesting its a criminal act by anyone however if its public money it has allocated in line with rules and regulations that's it in a nutshell. I am sure the Police will release their findings at some point.
